材料和方法

研究纳入个乳腺包块，平均年龄46.7±12.79岁（16-79岁），其中71例无症状，剩余的53例中48例为可触及肿块，5例有乳头改变；

纳入标准：BI-RADS分类为4-5类，或者3类有症状，或者医生患者要求穿刺活检；所有病例均经穿刺病理验证，44例恶性（35.5%），80例良性（64.5%）；

使用法国声科Aixplorer型E超设备，SL15-4探头，频率范围4-15MHZ，依次进行B型灰阶、能量多普勒和AP检查；各模式成像参数、取样框大小等条件在研究过程中保持不变；

操作医生至少拥有5-13年乳腺超声检查经验，及至少1个月AP操作经验；固定两位专职医生进行双盲读图并记录结果，如两位医生意见不一致时，由第三位高年资医师判读（13年乳腺超声经验）；

数据统计使用MedCalcversion14.10.2软件，P0.05为有显著性差异。
